Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience including 2+ years of hands-on Paradox implementation experience.
• Must have more than 2 full implementations experience.
• Strong understanding of Workday architecture, business processes, and security framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple end-to-end Paradox implementation projects integrated with Workday.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Paradox solutions.
• Configure and deploy conversational AI and business process solutions using the Paradox platform.
• Collaborate with Workday teams to ensure seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and integration issues.
