GuidePoint Security is seeking a Practice Lead for Privilege Access Management (PAM) to lead our central PAM practice, directing architects and consultants in presales and post-sales services across regions. You will drive PAM delivery, managed services, and growth while delivering high-value security outcomes for Fortune 500s and government clients.

The role requires strong technical leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with IAM, Cloud, and Risk teams.

Competenze

12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or related security disciplines.
7+ years of experience in PAM with demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise platforms.
Hands-on and architectural experience with leading PAM platforms: CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise PAM architectures and operating models.
Experience leading large-scale PAM transformation, implementation, migration, and modernization.

Mansioni

Own the overall PAM practice strategy, vision, roadmap, and growth across platforms.
Define and maintain service offerings, delivery methodologies, standards, and reference architectures.
Provide strategic and technical leadership across PAM engagements and delivery lifecycle.
Lead evaluation, design, and implementation of PAM solutions based on client needs.
Lead PAM teams of architects, consultants, engineers, and analysts; coach and develop staff.
