Job summary

Atrius Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Palliative Care department. This remote, full-time role supports patient care delivery within a multidisciplinary team, following RN protocols and EMR documentation.

You will build therapeutic relationships, manage care transitions, and participate in triage and care coordination. MA nursing licensure, BLS, and EMR experience are required; BSN preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted MA nursing license.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• EMR experience and ability to learn new systems.
• Proficient computer skills for word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Deliver patient care per RN protocols and document in EMR.
• Conduct telephone triage and support care coordination.
• Manage acute conditions during visits and document timely.
• Contribute to quality improvement and mentor staff.
