829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, is hiring a Paid Social Specialist to manage multiple client campaigns and advance your pay-per-click expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance creativity and data-driven optimization.

Remote work is possible in many states, with optional Boston office. The role emphasizes strong communication, project juggling, and the use of AI-powered tools to accelerate insights and reporting across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising tool sets such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and paid advertising campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools and automation as part of daily workflow to accelerate research, insights, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource to other departments.
