Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with paid social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for SMBs.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals and conversions.
• Provide regular client updates on campaign status and results.
• Create client deliverables from kickoff documents to reports.
• Advise on best practices to achieve business goals via digital ads.
• Assist senior team with account work.
• Grow into a technical resource for other departments.
