Qualifications

• 1-3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and other paid social toolsets.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to speed research, insights, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of businesses.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness toward client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to reporting.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
