Job summary

Webflow is seeking a contract Paid Social Specialist to own day-to-day execution and optimization on LinkedIn (primary) and Meta (secondary). This hands-on role reports to the Growth Marketing Manager and focuses on pipeline pull-through and measurable outcomes across regions including EMEA.

You’ll own full-funnel LinkedIn setups, account-based audiences, and ongoing optimization. Remote work with overlap to US Eastern hours is required for a 6-month engagement at $83/hr.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience running B2B enterprise programs at meaningful scale.
• Fluency with full-funnel LinkedIn structure, matched audiences, contact-level list uploads, exclusion logic, and the full ad format range.
• Working knowledge of Meta for B2B retargeting and account-based targeting.

Responsibilities

• Build, restructure, and maintain full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across upper, mid, and lower funnel.
• Deploy account-based and contact-level audience lists supplied by the growth team, including customer and current-pipeline exclusions.
• Manage tiered Sponsored Messages, Document Ads, and single-image programs.
