Job summary

Connecteam is seeking a Social Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid social efforts on Meta and LinkedIn. These platforms are among our top acquisition channels, and you will shape strategies and optimize campaigns for measurable growth.

As a core member of the marketing team, you will partner with creative, analytics, product and sales to drive new customers, experiment with creative angles, and build testing frameworks to improve CAC, ROAS and LTV.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns on Meta.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad assets with design teams.
• Solid track record in performance marketing and user acquisition (B2B SaaS experience is an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with advanced BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Partner closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets, messaging, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with design, product, analytics, sales and leadership teams to align campaigns with company strategy and goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities and creative angles.
• Build structured testing frameworks (A/B tests for creatives, copy, bidding strategies, funnels) and use insights to refine campaigns.
• Continuously optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Translate complex campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and launch new initiatives across social platforms and emerging channels.
