Webflow is seeking a contract Paid Social Specialist to own day-to-day execution and optimization across LinkedIn (primary) and Meta (secondary). This hands-on role reports to the growth marketing manager and focuses on turning approved briefs into well-constructed, optimized campaigns.

You’ll be measured on pipeline pull-through and must critique campaign performance. Expect 6 months, 40 hours weekly, $83/hr, and remote work with meaningful overlap with US Eastern hours.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience running B2B enterprise programs at meaningful scale.
• Fluency with full-funnel LinkedIn structure, matched audiences, contact-level list uploads, exclusion logic, and the full ad format range.
• Working knowledge of Meta for B2B retargeting and account-based targeting.

Aufgaben

• Build, restructure, and maintain full-funnel LinkedIn campaigns across upper, mid, and lower funnel.
• Deploy account-based and contact-level audience lists supplied by the growth team, including exclusions.
• Run weekly optimization cadence: bids, budgets, audience refinement, creative rotation, CPM and efficiency management.
• Run Meta mid-funnel retargeting and account-based programs.
• Design and execute in-platform experiments — audience, format, bid strategy, funnel structure.
• Own brand campaign builds and monthly optimization cycles across LinkedIn and Meta.
