829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks a Paid Social Specialist to manage campaigns for a portfolio of SMBs. You’ll strategize, optimize, and report on performance while collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.

You’ll bring 1–3 years of paid ads experience, knowledge of Facebook/LinkedIn ads, and strong communication and organizational skills to drive client success. Remote work options available in multiple states.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of managing paid advertising programs.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising tool sets such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple projects and paid ad campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate research, insights, and optimization, and streamline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness relative to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on digital initiative status.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior teammates with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
