829 Studios invites a Paid Social Specialist to join our Boston-based digital marketing team. You will manage multiple paid social campaigns for SMB clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive performance with data-driven optimization.

You’ll present insights, manage reporting, and advise clients on strategic outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of paid advertising experience, proficiency in Facebook/LinkedIn ads, Google Sheets/Slides/Docs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads and related tools.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Hubspot Analytics) and reporting.
• Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium businesses.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals, conversions and events.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress and outcomes.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work and develop into a technical resource.
