Job summary

Go Fish Digital is seeking a data-driven paid social specialist to own day-to-day performance for eCommerce and DTC clients. You will strategize and execute campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, balancing prospecting, retargeting, and creative testing to drive growth.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Strategy, SEO, and broader Paid Media teams, ensuring solid measurement, testing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on paid social experience, agency preferred.
• Proven performance-focused campaigns for eCommerce, DTC, or lead gen.
• Strong platform expertise in Meta and TikTok; knowledge of Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Design full-funnel architectures focusing on performance and conversions.
• Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns; report performance and insights to clients.
