Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive digital advertising campaigns across brands and channels, reporting to the Sr. Manager Paid Media. The role supports campaign setup, trafficking, quality assurance, budget pacing, and ongoing performance optimization across search, shopping, social, and other digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across search, shopping, social, and other digital channels.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across brands and channels.
• Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing.
• Analyze performance and report ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Paid Media Managers and cross-functional teams.
