Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to execute and optimize digital campaigns across brands, channels, and audiences. The role reports to the Sr. Manager Paid Media and emphasizes ROAS, CPA, and conversion-rate improvements.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup from Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS with US-wide remote consideration. The position requires 3+ years of experience and strong proficiency in major advertising platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of paid media campaigns experience.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize ROAS.
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple brands and channels.
• Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, and performance optimization.
• Assist with affiliate and influencer marketing initiatives.
• Build and manage target audiences and ensure accurate tracking.
• Contribute to performance reporting and analysis.
• Maintain paid media processes and best practices.
