Job summary

CloudControlMedia, LLC is seeking a passionate Paid Media Manager to lead paid search, paid social, and programmatic campaigns for diverse client portfolios.

You will plan, implement, and optimize strategies, analyze performance data, and collaborate with creative and account teams to drive client ROI while staying ahead of AI-driven advertising trends. Occasional travel and a remote-friendly setup are supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in paid digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns through analysis of performance reports and down-funnel data.
• Advanced Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute targeted paid media campaigns across channels.
• Manage multiple client campaigns independently across Google, Microsoft, social, and programmatic.
• Integrate offline data with online metrics.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to optimize ROI.
• Analyze reports and optimize pacing, budgets, and bids.
• Stay updated on AI's impact on digital marketing and new networks.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services to clients.
