Happy Cog is a growing interactive agency offering remote work opportunities with a focus on paid media. We seek a Paid Media Specialist to manage campaigns across search, social, and display, leveraging AI and analytics to drive measurable results.

You will collaborate with an integrated team and engage clients to report performance, budgets, and timelines, while staying ahead of industry trends and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, Yahoo DSP is a plus.
• Proficiency with AI tools to improve workflows and advertising workflows.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain paid media strategies across search, programmatic, and social channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and publisher partners on strategic media plans.
• Manage campaigns from setup to optimization and monitoring.
• Work with analytics to implement tracking and test landing pages.
• Analyze performance and provide insights to improve results.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
