Job summary

Pave Talent seeks a senior paid media leader to own client relationships, drive strategy, and directly manage campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and CTV. You will lead a small team, run weekly calls, and present performance reviews to clients.

You will be hands-on in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, with a focus on CAC/ROAS, not impressions. Remote within the United States, with a fast-paced multi-client portfolio.

Qualifications

Experience leading paid media across multiple platforms in an agency setting.
Able to own client relationships from planning through performance reviews.
Hands-on in ads platforms daily; not just oversight.
Comfort with regulated categories and compliance constraints.
Experience managing 2–3 junior staff or analysts.

Responsibilities

Run clients end to end: planning, kickoff, reviews, recommendations.
Lead two paid media teammates and set department quality bar.
Own weekly client calls and quarterly reviews, presentation to clients.
Develop paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, CTV, video, display.
Hands-on campaign build, launch, optimize, troubleshoot in major ad platforms.
Measure with pixels, events, offline conversions, UTMs; defend the results.
Design testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, landing pages, bids.
