Job summary

Proppel Pty Ltd. is seeking a remote Paid Media Specialist to join a fast-growing hospitality-focused marketing agency serving venues across the US, UK, and the Middle East. You will own planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns for multiple clients in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, plus a solid grasp of creative strategy and AI tools to drive performance. UK-overlap hours are expected in a flexible global team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running paid media across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of how creative drives paid performance.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of daily workflow.
• Self-starter with the discipline to thrive in a fully remote setup.
• Availability to work UK hours or close to them with daily overlap.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads for several hospitality clients.
• Shape creative strategy and decide angles, formats, and hooks for each venue.
• Manage workload and priorities across multiple accounts with minimal direction.
• Use AI tools to work faster and smarter.
• Keep the team updated via WhatsApp and participate in video check-ins 1–2 times per week.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into actionable next steps for each client.
