Job summary

Hauler Hero is seeking a LATAM-based, part-time contractor to run and grow our paid media across Google, Meta, Bing, OpenAI and LinkedIn Ads. The role is ~4 hours daily, remote, with a focus on revenue through closed deals.

You will own Google Ads, test channels, and drive quarterly growth. You’ll work with RevOps on tracking, report results, and propose data-driven tests every two weeks to move the needle. This role offers visibility across marketing, sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on paid media experience, especially Google Ads.
• Experience managing US-based B2B campaigns.
• Strong analytics linking ad spend to pipeline and revenue.
• Proficient in tracking and attribution tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English; report to US leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Google Ads with increasing budgets.
• Evaluate Meta, Bing, OpenAI Ads; decide to scale/fix/cut.
• Launch LinkedIn Ads targeting mid-size fleets and municipalities.
• Test new channels like review sites and YouTube.
• Maintain weekly dashboards and monthly channel reports.
• Collaborate with Multimedia Designer and Content Analyst on creatives and landing pages.
