Job summary

Wing is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive multi-channel paid campaigns and optimize performance. The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and GA4, with a focus on CPA/ROAS targets.

You will collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams, mentor junior staff, and report findings to senior management. This is a fully remote position offering growth opportunities and competitive incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or business.
2+ years experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
Working knowledge of content management systems.
Excellent English communication skills (B2+).
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Experience with design tools like Photoshop/Illustrator.

Responsibilities

Define and oversee the full performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage multi-channel paid media operations and ensure KPI alignment.
Lead high-scale campaign tests and implement optimization automation.
Forecast budgets, manage pacing, and track ROI across channels.
Mentor and develop team members in campaign management and analysis.
Integrate performance data with CRM, analytics, and reporting systems.
Monitor platform changes and guide paid media evolution.
Report performance and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Plan and execute end-to-end paid campaigns across platforms.
Optimize campaigns to hit CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion targets.
Design and execute creative/audience tests to identify scalable tactics.
Analyze results and refine strategies based on performance patterns.
Manage budgets, pacing, and channel allocations.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders with reports.
Collaborate with design/content/analytics teams on assets and copy.
