Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, testing, and client communication. You will manage a portfolio end-to-end, lead client calls, and drive results with direct-response copy and VSL scripts.

Strong emphasis on tracking, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration is required. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client performance, retention,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive performance toward targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure and testing.
• Write direct-response copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues.
