Lantern Sol is a dynamic, multicultural team building exceptional e-commerce sites on Shopify. We’re seeking a Media Buyer with strong experience managing and scaling paid media for Shopify DTC brands, responsible for campaigns across Meta and Google Ads with a sharp focus on full-funnel strategy.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, emphasizing testing, creative collaboration, and data-driven optimization to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads for Shopify/DTC brands.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce and full-funnel paid media strategies.
• Proven experience scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between creative strategy and paid media performance.
• Experience developing and testing different creative concepts, angles, and formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
• Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable paid media results.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Build and optimize full-funnel strategies across TOF, MOF, and BOF.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate on ad concepts and creative angles.
• Put strong emphasis on the creative process, identifying opportunities for new concepts, messaging, formats, and creative testing.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, and overall profitability.
• Test creatives, placements, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Collaborate with strategists, creatives, CRO specialists, and client teams.
• Stay up to date with Meta and Google Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices.
• Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations clearly with internal teams and clients.
