Job summary

Lantern Sol is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our globally distributed team. You’ll manage inbound leads, conduct proactive outbound prospecting, and activate our extensive lead database to fuel the sales pipeline.

Identify decision-makers at Shopify, DTC, and digital services brands, tailor outreach, and book meetings for the sales team. This remote-friendly role offers growth opportunities and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in appointment setting, SDR/BDR, sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven cold-calling and outbound sales experience.
• Experience with CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead-generation tools.
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound leads
• Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and cold calls
• Work through and activate our 2,000+ existing leads
• Research Shopify, Shopify Plus, and DTC brands
• Identify decision-makers and understand business needs
• Prospect through phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Personalize outreach and follow up consistently
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the Sales team
• Track outreach, calls, meetings, and conversions
• Test and improve outreach strategies
