Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a Paid Media, Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative and messaging strategy for paid media and search-driven campaigns, emphasizing static ad formats.
• Develop campaign concepts, creative frameworks, and testing roadmaps aligned to acquisition and revenue goals.
• Establish scalable creative strategies that improve performance across digital advertising channels.
• Translate brand positioning into performance-driven creative executions.
• Lead and manage designers and QA support teams; oversee workflows and asset delivery.
