Job summary

Eulerity, Inc. is hiring a client-facing Account Manager on the Customer Success team. You will own a portfolio of brand relationships and lead paid media performance. The role requires hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager experience and a track record of growing accounts.

The position supports both remote and hybrid work within the U.S., with NYC hybrid preference and in-person training for NYC-based colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or client strategy at an ad agency, ad tech or media company.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with active campaigns.
• Experience managing client budgets across multiple accounts.
• Track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them.
• Ability to translate performance data into clear client recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own your book of business across multi-location and franchise brands.
• Lead high-touch onboarding to establish long-term partnerships.
• Develop cross-channel performance strategies (Google, Meta, YouTube, Display).
• Run business reviews presenting data-driven insights and next steps.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to optimize campaigns.
• Identify expansion opportunities through thoughtful upsells.
• Advocate for clients with Product and Engineering to ensure delivery.
