Job summary

Youtube is seeking a Customer Success Associate to educate clients on digital advertising best practices and help them achieve business objectives using Eulerity's platform. You will be the primary contact for evolving brands, guiding onboarding, monitoring KPIs, and providing proactive support via email and calls, with a fast-paced, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 1-2 years of account management or client success preferred.
• Strong communication and instructional abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on digital advertising best practices and how Eulerity helps achieve business goals.
• Serve as main point of contact for growing brands using our platform.
• Assist clients with onboarding and campaign setup across channels (Adwords, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube).
• Conduct onboarding meetings to train clients on campaign activation and platform use.
• Understand client targets and KPIs, guiding effective use of Eulerity.
