Job summary

Eulerity, Inc. is hiring a client-facing Account Manager on the Customer Success team. You’ll own a portfolio of brand relationships and lead paid media performance for Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels.

Remote and hybrid work options are available in the US; NYC-area candidates are preferred for a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office. You will onboard clients, strategize across channels, and drive growth and advocacy within Eulerity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or client strategy at an ad agency, ad tech company, or media company.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; you’ve built or directed campaigns.
• Experience managing client budgets across multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Track record of growing accounts, not just retaining them.
• Ability to take performance data, identify drivers, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands; your book of business.
• Run a high-touch onboarding process to set up a long-term partnership.
• Build cross-channel performance strategies across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels aligned to client goals.
• Lead business reviews that tell the true story in the data and provide a clear next move.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery, diagnose issues, and optimize campaigns.
• Find and close expansion opportunities through thoughtful upsells that benefit the client.
