Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join the Growth Marketing Team. You will support multi-channel paid campaigns, optimize SEM on Google and Microsoft, and collaborate across marketing, analytics, and creative teams.

You'll manage budgets, run structured experiments, and build dashboards to communicate performance to leadership. Remote role with travel to Melville, NY 3 times yearly; strong Excel skills and 1+ year TV/CTV experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related business field.
• ~1+ year of TV, CTV, and Demand Gen experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media programs across search, shopping, social, video, and retargeting.
• Run SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with focus on efficiency and coverage.
• Help budget pacing and allocation based on performance data and test outcomes.
• Design structured experiments to improve ROI, conversion rates, and account scale.
• Build remarketing and retargeting campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
• Track video campaigns on YouTube, paid social, and streaming TV platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and synthesize insights for leadership.
• Produce recurring dashboards and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Creative teams on initiatives.
• Stay updated on platform features and best practices.
