Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Statistics or related field.
• ~1+ year of TV, CTV, and Demand Gen experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media programs across search, shopping, social, video, and retargeting channels.
• Execute SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with focus on efficiency and coverage.
• Assist with budget pacing and allocation based on performance data and test outcomes.
• Design structured campaign experiments to improve ROI and conversion efficiency.
• Build remarketing campaigns to boost engagement and loyalty while ensuring scalable accounts.
