Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join the Growth Marketing Team. This remote role supports paid media programs across search, shopping, social, video, and retargeting, reporting to the Paid Media Manager with data-driven optimization and testing to drive profitable growth.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Marketing/Statistics (or related field) and ~1+ year of TV/CTV and Demand Gen experience, plus strong Excel skills. Travel to Melville, NY 3 times yearly is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related business field.
• Approximately 1+ year of TV/CTV and Demand Gen experience.
• Strong proficiency with Excel data analysis and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of paid media programs across search, shopping, social, retargeting, streaming TV and video.
• Execute and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Assist with budget pacing and allocation based on performance data and test outcomes.
• Design and implement structured experiments to improve ROI and conversions.
• Build and optimize remarketing campaigns across search, social, and display.
• Support launch and tracking of video campaigns on YouTube, social, and streaming TV.
• Monitor product launches and campaigns; synthesize data into insights.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on performance trends and test results for leadership.
• Collaborate with Paid Media Manager and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with growth initiatives.
• Partner with platform reps to stay updated on features and beta programs.
• Maintain campaign docs and clean account structures for reliable tracking and scalability.
