Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to join the Growth Marketing Team. This remote role reports to the Paid Media Manager and supports multi-channel campaigns across search, social, and video, using data analysis to optimize performance.

Your background includes a Marketing/Statistics degree and ~1+ year in TV/CTV/Demand Gen, with strong Excel skills and experience in Google/Microsoft ads. Travel to Melville, NY occurs a few times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or related business field.
• Approximately 1+ year of TV, CTV, and Demand Gen experience.
• Strong experience with Excel data analysis and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of paid media programs including Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social and Retargeting.
• Execute and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Assist with budget pacing and allocation based on performance data and test outcomes.
• Design and implement structured campaign experiments to improve ROI and scalability.
• Build and optimize remarketing campaigns to improve engagement and retention.
• Support launch and performance tracking of video campaigns across YouTube and streaming TV.
• Monitor performance of product launches and promotions; synthesize data into insights.
• Prepare recurring reports and dashboards for marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with Paid Media Manager and cross-functional teams to align campaigns.
