SupplyHouse.com seeks a Paid Media Analyst to join our Growth Marketing Team, supporting multi-channel paid media campaigns across search, shopping, social, video, and retargeting. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and reporting to drive profitable growth.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and Creative, running structured tests and delivering actionable insights. Remote-friendly within the United States with periodic travel to Melville, NY for internal meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Statistics, or related field.
• ~1+ year of TV, CTV, and Demand Gen experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of paid media programs across search, shopping, social, retargeting, streaming TV, and video campaigns.
• Execute and optimize SEM campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for efficiency and coverage.
• Assist with budget pacing and decision allocation based on performance data and test outcomes.
• Design and implement structured campaign experiments to improve ROI and scalability.
• Build and optimize remarketing campaigns across search, social, and display environments.
