Job summary

Little Sleepies is seeking a Director of Paid Growth Marketing to lead our performance marketing team and scale our DTC business from a remote US base. You will manage internal teams and partner agencies, drive day-to-day campaigns, and explore new channels while focusing on ROAS and CAC/LTV trends.

The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• In-house paid media must-have experience with multiple channels.
• Ecommerce background in fast-growth environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making required.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and execution of paid media across channels and new platforms.
• Lead in-house paid media team and partner agencies with clear KPI ownership.
• Build budgets and media mix strategies achieving ROAS targets.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics to optimize campaigns and tests.
• Report performance and surface insights to stakeholders.
