Job summary

CTG is seeking a Clinical Imaging Application Analyst to support and optimize enterprise imaging systems across a healthcare organization. This remote, 4-month role requires hands-on experience with PACS, VNA, dictation systems, and EHR interoperability.

You will collaborate with radiology, physicians, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity and system availability. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare informatics, CS or related field preferred.
Equivalent relevant education and experience may be considered.
Relevant healthcare IT or imaging certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Support, administer, and optimize enterprise clinical imaging applications across the healthcare organization.
Maintain and troubleshoot PACS, VNA, dictation systems, and integrated imaging platforms.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between radiology, clinical departments, physicians, imaging technologists, vendors, and IT teams.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to maintain system availability, performance, and data integrity.
Analyze and optimize clinical imaging workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Support interoperability between imaging applications, EHRs, and third-party clinical systems.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on upgrades, implementations, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
Monitor application performance and ensure imaging systems meet clinical and operational requirements.
Provide technical guidance, user support, and documentation for imaging application processes and configurations.
