Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a Clinical Imaging Application Analyst to support, administer, and optimize enterprise imaging applications across a healthcare organization. This remote assignment runs for four months and emphasizes PACS, VNA, dictation systems, and imaging platforms.

You will act as the primary technical liaison among radiology, clinicians, vendors, and IT, perform advanced troubleshooting, enhance imaging workflows, ensure EHR interoperability, and document configurations for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare informatics, computer science, or related field.
Experience supporting clinical imaging applications in healthcare environments.
Healthcare IT, imaging interoperability, and EHR connectivity experience.

Responsibilities

Support, administer, and optimize enterprise clinical imaging apps across the healthcare organization.
Maintain and troubleshoot PACS, VNA, dictation systems, and integrated imaging platforms.
Serve as the primary technical liaison among radiology, clinicians, physicians, imaging technologists, vendors, and IT.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution to maintain system availability.
Analyze and optimize imaging workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
Support interoperability between imaging apps, EHRs, and third-party clinical systems.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on upgrades, integrations, testing, and issue resolution.
Monitor app performance and ensure imaging systems meet clinical and operational requirements.
Provide technical guidance, user support, and documentation for imaging configurations.
