Job summary

Miss Jones Baking Co. is seeking a Packaging & Creative Project Manager to lead packaging development from concept through final artwork, coordinating with Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, and external partners.

You will manage artwork reviews, retailer submissions, and process improvements while maintaining documentation and vendor relationships. This is a remote position with minimal travel, reporting to the Director of Brand & Innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in packaging project management in CPG or food & beverage.
• Direct experience with private-label packaging workflows; Walmart experience highly preferred.
• Experience with artwork review platforms (Ziflow preferred).
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple retailers and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging development projects from initiation to final artwork approval.
• Coordinate external partners and ensure assets meet retailer specs.
• Maintain artwork records, proofs, and version histories.
• Administer workflow approvals using Ziflow and track feedback.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, FSQA, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and improve packaging processes and SOPs.
