AnewHealth is seeking a PAC Specialist for its Patient Engagement Center of Excellence. In a remote, high-energy environment, you will engage with patients, doctors, and facilities by phone, supporting multiple stages of patient care and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities include handling prescription data, authorizations, and transfers, while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to multiple sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy preferred.
• CPhT certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment.
• Enter prescription information with speed and accuracy.
• Receive prescription authorizations, clarifications or transfers via pharmacy systems.
• Perform claim adjudication and prior authorizations, billing and eligibility checks.
