Job summary
HCSC is seeking a PaaS Database Automation Engineer Consultant to design, implement, and manage database assets in cloud environments using enterprise automation and monitoring tools. You will work with Azure SQL databases, Azure SQL Managed Instances, and various PaaS databases, driving automation and standardization across environments.
The role is a remote, work-from-home position with compensation in the listed range. Sponsorship is not available, including OPT status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 6 years IT experience, or technical certification with 7+ years IT experience, or 9 years IT experience.
- Experience with Azure SQL databases and Azure SQL Managed Instances.
- Automation experience with Ansible, Harness.
- Experience with As a Service technologies.
- Experience with Cloud Orchestration and Management technologies.
- Experience with Monitoring and Event Management technologies.
- Experience with Automation technologies.
- Operations Management experience.
- Experience with ITIL v3.
- Experience with IT standards, procedures, policies.
- Understanding of business priorities and industry trends.
