Davies North America is seeking a P&C Property Damage Claims Adjuster for a remote Florida-based role. You will review, adjust, and settle first and third party property damage claims with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring timely communication with insureds and claimants.

An active FL adjuster's license (or reciprocity) is required. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $47,500 to $52,500 per year.

Qualificações

• Active FL adjusters license or reciprocity required.
• Experience with settling bodily injury claims is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and claim systems; strong documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review new claims within 24 hours of assignment.
• Contact insured/claimant within 24 hours of assignment.
• Coordinate appraisers or damage estimates per guidelines.
• Determine liability and amounts owed based on evidence.
• Record all communications in the claim system notes.
• Maintain 95% claim closure ratio.
• Notify supervisor and client of any summons or critical updates.
• Follow client guidelines for denials and subrogation opportunities.
