Murphy Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Lines P&C Placement Specialist to market, negotiate, and place new commercial insurance business.

You will work closely with producers, account managers, and underwriting partners to secure competitive coverage that meets client needs while maintaining carrier relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in commercial P&C, an active P&C license, and experience with middle market placements and Applied EPIC.

Qualificações

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial P&C insurance.
• Experience with middle market or large account placements.
• Experience with Applied EPIC.

Responsabilidades

• Review new business submissions for completeness and marketability.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for commercial P&C risks.
• Submit applications to carriers and wholesalers.
• Maintain records in EPIC.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and wholesale partners.
• Partner with producers to understand client risk profiles and sales strategies.
• Work with account management teams to ensure seamless handoff after placement.
• Provide technical guidance on complex risks and coverage structures.
• Work with sales team to prepare comprehensive insurance proposals.
• Review binders, quotes, and policy documents for accuracy.
• Ensure all placements comply with internal and regulatory requirements.
