Job summary

Catch Coverage is seeking a P&C Sales Agent to drive auto and homeowners insurance sales from a home-based environment. You will quote, bind, and cross-sell with EZLynx and carrier portals, while delivering excellent customer experiences and meeting sales targets.

Applicants should hold a valid P&C license and have a successful track record in contact center sales. This remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hold a resident state P&C license (non-resident licenses a plus).
• Proven track record in a contact center sales role.
• Experienced in personal lines insurance sales to quote and bind policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospects in comparing carrier and policy options to secure right coverage.
• Quote and sell through multiple insurance carriers and the EZLynx platform, plus carrier portals when applicable.
• Cross-sell customers to meet all personal lines insurance needs and goals.
• Provide a great experience to meet prospects' needs, meet sales close rate goals, and maintain high production in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in daily sales huddle to review successes and opportunities.
