Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• 1+ year of experience selling auto & home insurance in a call center.
• Experience selling multiple carriers and state coverages.
• Persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced setting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle an average of inbound leads per month and convert to quotes.
• Navigate carrier systems while preparing & cross-selling quotes.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
• Close sales at a strong conversion rate from inbound leads.
• Foster an unmatched customer experience at every touchpoint.
