Job summary

Anchor Line Insurance, based in Cape Coral, Florida, is seeking licensed Property & Casualty agents for a fully remote, Monday–Friday role. You will quote Auto/Home and other P&C products using a consultative approach, build lasting client relationships, and work with a supportive leadership team.

We offer an annual base salary plus uncapped commissions, inbound leads provided daily, monthly bonuses, and a clear advancement path.

Qualifications

• Active 220 or 2044 license (Florida preferred) or non-resident license eligible.
• Experience with major carriers (e.g., Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, Farmers, USAA, AAA) is a plus.
• Coachable, competitive, and customer-focused with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Auto, Home, and other P&C insurance products.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs.
