You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize development, and bring new products and features to market.

Qualifications

• Strong P&C insurance knowledge.
• Product management experience in a tech environment.
• Experience bringing new products/features to market.
• Hands-on with PRDs, requirements, specs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization.
• Ability to work directly with software engineering teams.
• Translate complex insurance needs into technical requirements.
• Comfortable owning work in a small, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Translate P&C insurance and customer needs into clear product requirements and capabilities.
• Develop PRDs, product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with engineering throughout design, development, testing, and release.
• Own product discovery, prioritization, roadmap inputs, and release planning.
• Evaluate trade-offs and align stakeholders around scope and priorities.
• Support the launch and ongoing improvement of new tech products and features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, insurance SMEs, and business leaders.
• Apply AI-enabled or specification-driven development where appropriate.
