Slalom is seeking a hands-on P&C Insurance Product Manager to translate business needs into tech-enabled product capabilities. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize development, and bring new products to market.

The ideal candidate combines strong P&C knowledge with practical tech product management in a small, fast-moving cross-functional team.

Competenze

• Strong Property & Casualty insurance knowledge.
• Product ownership experience in a technology environment.
• Experience creating PRDs, requirements, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with software engineering teams.
• Ability to translate complex insurance needs into actionable technical requirements.

Mansioni

• Translate P&C insurance and customer needs into clear product requirements and capabilities.
• Develop PRDs, product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with engineering throughout design, development, testing, and release.
• Own product discovery, prioritization, roadmap inputs, and release planning.
• Evaluate product trade-offs and align stakeholders around scope and priorities.
• Support the launch and continuous improvement of new technology products and features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, insurance SMEs, and business leaders.
• Apply AI-enabled or specification-driven development practices where appropriate.
