Slalom is seeking a hands-on P&C Insurance Product Manager to translate insurance needs into technology-enabled product capabilities. You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize development, and bring new products and features to market.

The ideal candidate combines strong P&C knowledge with practical technology product management experience and thrives in a small, fast-moving cross-functional team.

Competenze

• Strong Property & Casualty insurance domain knowledge.
• Hands-on product management experience in a technology environment.
• Experience creating PRDs, requirements, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with software engineering teams to deliver features.

Mansioni

• Translate P&C needs into clear product requirements.
• Develop PRDs, specs, user stories, and backlog items.
• Partner with engineering through design, development, testing, and release.
• Own product discovery, prioritization, roadmap inputs, and releases.
• Evaluate trade-offs and align stakeholders on scope and priorities.
• Support launches and ongoing product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, insurance SMEs, and business leaders.
• Apply AI-enabled or specification-driven development where appropriate.
