Job summary

Slalom is seeking a hands-on P&C Insurance Product Manager to translate business needs into tech-enabled product capabilities. You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, priority development, and bring new features to market in a small, fast-moving cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate combines strong P&C insurance knowledge with practical product management experience and a track record of delivering new products to market in an agile

Qualifications

Strong P&C insurance knowledge and domain experience.
Proven product ownership in a tech environment.
Experience creating PRDs, user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Translate insurance needs into clear product requirements and capabilities.
Develop PRDs, specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
Partner with engineering through design, development, testing and release.
Own discovery, prioritization, roadmaps, and release planning.
Evaluate trade-offs and align stakeholders on scope.
Support launches and continuous improvements of tech products.
Collaborate with engineering, insurance SMEs, and business leaders.
Apply AI-enabled or specification-driven development where appropriate.
