Slalom is seeking a hands-on P&C Insurance Product Manager to translate insurance business needs into technology-enabled product capabilities. This role partners with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize development, and bring new products and features to market.

The ideal candidate combines strong Property & Casualty knowledge with practical technology product management experience and is comfortable in a small, fast-moving cross-functional

Competenze

• Strong P&C domain knowledge and product ownership experience in tech.
• Experience creating PRDs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to manage product backlogs and prioritise features by value.
• Proven ability to work directly with software engineering teams.
• Comfort with ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
• Experience with AI-enabled or specification-driven development.

Mansioni

• Translate P&C insurance needs into clear product requirements.
• Develop PRDs, specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Partner with engineering throughout design, development, testing, and release.
• Own discovery, prioritisation, roadmap inputs, and release planning.
• Evaluate trade-offs and align stakeholders on scope.
• Support launch and ongoing improvement of products and features.
• Collaborate with engineering, insurance SMEs, and business leaders.
• Apply AI-enabled or spec-driven development practices where appropriate.
