This role partners with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and bring new products to market.

The ideal candidate combines strong P&C knowledge with practical product management experience and thrives in a small, fast-moving cross-functional team.

Qualificações

• Strong Property & Casualty insurance knowledge.
• Experience leading product management in tech environments.
• Proven track record launching products or features.
• Hands-on with PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience prioritizing backlog by business/value.
• Ability to work directly with software engineers.
• Ability to translate complex insurance needs into technical requirements.
• Comfort working with ownership in a small, high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Translate P&C insurance and customer needs into clear product requirements and capabilities.
• Develop PRDs, product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner closely with engineering throughout design, development, testing, and release.
• Own product discovery, prioritization, roadmap inputs, and release planning.
• Evaluate product trade-offs and align stakeholders around scope and priorities.
• Support the launch and continued improvement of new technology products and features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, insurance SMEs, and business leaders.
• Apply AI-enabled or specification-driven development practices where appropriate.
