Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers virtually.
• Ability to manage own workload, stay organized, and work independently.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle a steady flow of agency-provided warm and live transfer leads.
• Consult with customers to understand insurance needs and tailor coverage solutions.
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance products with a high level of service.
• Conduct coverage reviews to improve protection and expand accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Follow sales processes, track performance goals, and work toward production targets.
• Represent a respected Allstate agency with knowledgeable guidance.
